My Skoda Kushaq is now 3 months old: Update

Being a low-runner, the car has completed only 1,500 km. I haven't faced any rattling issues or EPC errors yet.

3-month update

It has been 3 months now with the Kushaq. The car is seeing quite less driving, with only weekend errands. The overall experience has been smooth as the ODO is just under the 1500 km mark. This is going to be a low runner. No issues of any rattling or EPC errors were faced. I am just using regular petrol from HP or BP only.

I did a 300 km drive from Madras to Pondy and back a couple of weeks ago with the car fully loaded. It was a nice and relaxed drive from the GST road and the return was a spirited drive on ECR. Never felt any lack of power even though this is a 1.0L engine. It brings a smile each time you downshift and then speed up your way and that makes you forget the pain in your left leg.

The Kushaq does not have any check-up service in 2 months or 1500 km. It is directly at the 1-year mark. However, I believe it is better to have a check-up early on, at least to have peace of mind.

I am yet to take an extended warranty or do detailing on the car which I have to plan next.

After watching so many scary videos, a dashcam will be added but still, the thought of a powered 12V socket or wiring with a fuse is keeping me away. I have to explore a solution without having any trouble with the warranty.
