The third-generation Honda Amaze was spotted testing earlier this week with minimal camouflage. Now, new images have surfaced online that reveal most of the design details, along with the car’s interior.
The new-gen Amaze features a large hexagonal grille flanked by a set of new twin-pod LED headlamps on either side and a chrome strip on top. The front bumper has also been redesigned and houses a pair of LED fog lamps and a trapezoidal air dam.
The rear fascia of the new Amaze looks similar to that of the Honda City. The car features crisp wraparound taillights with U-shaped LEDs.Â
The Amaze has a two-tone interior with a dashboard that has a clean and simple design. It has a new 3-spoke steering wheel with a floating touchscreen infotainment system in the centre and a compact air-con module with rear AC vents.
The new-gen Amaze is likely to retain the same 1.2-litre petrol engine. This unit produces 89 BHP and 110 Nm and is available with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT.Â
The third-generation Amaze will be launched in the Indian market on December 4.
