Bookings for the new Verna began on February 13, 2023. The car will be available in four variants: EX, S, SX and SX (O).

Hyundai has released a teaser video of the next-generation Verna. The teaser showcases the car’s exterior design and rear seat legroom.

The new Verna measures 4,535 mm in length, 1765 mm in width and 1,475 mm in height, while its wheelbase is 2,670 mm. The car is 36 mm wider than the outgoing model and its wheelbase has increased by 70 mm.

Hyundai claims that the longer wheelbase and wider cabin improve overall roominess, in terms of rear-seat legroom and knee room. The Verna is also said to offer better shoulder room for the front and rear seat passengers.

The next-gen Verna will be offered with dual-tone beige and black interiors with leather upholstery, an integrated display and slim air vents. The car is said to have the largest boot in the segment (528 litres).

Bookings for the new Verna began on February 13, 2023. The car will be available in four variants: EX, S, SX and SX (O). It will be offered with an all-new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT and a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol unit paired with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed IVT.
