Next-gen Mahindra Scorpio to get 360-degree camera

The new Scorpio is likely to be offered with a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 158 BHP.

We have seen numerous spy images of the next generation Scorpio till now. But the latest set of images have revealed something interesting.

As per the new images, the new Scorpio is likely to get a 360-degree camera. A close look at the front grille reveals a camera tucked under the Mahindra logo.

While the Scorpio features a completely new look on the outside, the interior too has been totally revamped. The SUV gets a touchscreen infotainment head-unit, a flat-bottom steering wheel and a twin-dial instrument cluster.

The SUV is likely to be offered with a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 158 BHP. The engine could be paired with either a 6-speed manual or an automatic transmission. An all-wheel-drive system is expected to be offered in select variants.

Rumours suggest that the next generation Scorpio could be launched around February 2022.
