Next-gen Mahindra Scorpio interior revealed in new spy pics

The new Scorpio is expected to be offered with a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 158 BHP.

More images of the next-gen Mahindra Scorpio have surfaced online. The latest images reveal the SUV's interior in much more detail.

The new Scorpio is likely to get a dual-tone interior with leather upholstery. The test mule seen in these images has the same 3-spoke steering wheel as on the XUV700. The instrument console is a twin-dial unit with a colour MID in the centre. Note the door ajar warning and TPMS graphics.

The centre console has a gloss black finish and houses a large touchscreen infotainment system. There's also a leather-wrapped front centre armrest and rear AC vents.

The new Scorpio is expected to be based on a ladder-frame chassis. It could be offered with a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 158 BHP, paired with either a 6-speed manual or an automatic transmission. An all-wheel-drive system could be offered on select variants.
