Not satisfied with Kia Carnival? 95% refund in 30 days

Kia will take back the vehicle if the customer is not happy with it within the first 30 days of its purchase.

Kia India has introduced a new offer called the 'Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme' for Carnival customers. As part of the scheme, private owners can return the vehicle if they are not satisfied with it.

Kia will take back the vehicle if the customer is not happy with it within the first 30 days of its purchase. The company will cover 95% of the ex-showroom cost and overhead costs incurred for the registration and finances of the vehicle. The offer is valid on all variants of the Carnival.

To be eligible for this scheme, the vehicle should not have clocked more than 1,500 km from the date of purchase. The vehicle should be completely free of damage, failures and pending claims. It should be free from any hypothecation and the No Objection Certificate (NOC) should be submitted from the financer's end. The owner's agreement for the transfer of the vehicle including all documentation & charges should be in the name of a person.

The Kia Carnival was launched in February last year. The MPV is available in three variants in 7-seat, 8-seat and 9-seat configurations. Prices start at Rs. 24.95 lakh (ex-showroom).
