Ola may be testing ADAS on the S1 Pro e-scooter

The introduction of ADAS could bring features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Avoidance, Pedestrian Detection, etc. to the S1 Pro.

Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has shared a video on social media, which suggests that the company might be testing ADAS on the S1 Pro electric scooter.

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a suite of active safety aids. The video showcases a front-facing camera and a makeshift screen mounted on the S1 Pro. It displays the scooter’s path marked with a blue box. You can also see the camera detecting other vehicles on the road (marked by a white box).

Looking at the video, it appears that Ola Electric is currently testing the system in a real-world environment. Aggarwal has promised to share more information in a tech demo soon.
