Production-spec Nissan Magnite to be unveiled on October 21

Nissan has released new images of the Magnite ahead of its official reveal.

Nissan has announced that the production-spec Magnite will be unveiled on October 21, 2020.

Ahead of its formal reveal, Nissan has released a few images of its new sub-4 meter crossover. A completely undisguised test mule was also spotted earlier today.

The car seen in these images has a dual-tone exterior with a black roof and is riding on dual-tone alloy wheels. It has a large octagonal grille that looks similar to what you get on a Datsun.

The production version of the Magnite Concept will be based on the CMF-A+ platform. It is the same architecture on which the Renault Triber is based. The SUV could be powered by a 1.0-litre, turbocharged petrol engine, while lower variants might get a naturally aspirated 1.0-litre unit.
