Real world fuel efficiency of the Toyota Camry Hybrid: My observations

There was hardly any traffic at 7 am and no traffic lights, so the Hybrid was able to work at full efficiency.

Here is a the magic of a hybrid.

This morning, the trip reading on my Toyota Camry Hybrid - 4.7 kms @ 30.2 kmpl.

There was hardly any traffic at 7 am and no traffic lights, so the hybrid was able to work at full efficiency. Did 4.7 kms in 11 minutes, hence was not very slow either.

Typically, the average mileage I get is:

• Bangalore City - 13-14 kmpl.
• Trip to Bangalore Airport - 20-21 kmpl ( 80 kmph speed limit).
• Outstation - 18-19 kmpl (speeds of around 110 kmph).
