Images of the upcoming Renault Kwid facelift have leaked online. The car seen here is the Climber variant of the Kwid.

The Kwid Climber gets a new front fascia with a redesigned grille and slim LED daytime running lights. The headlamps are placed lower down in separate pods. The headlamp pods have grey surrounds. The dual-tone front bumper has a faux skid plate. The car also gets roof rails, body cladding, dual-tone rear bumper with reflectors and redesigned tail lamps. The Kwid Climber gets orange accents around the headlamp clusters, lower bumper, roof rails and ORVMs.

On the inside, the Kwid Climber gets a black dashboard with orange trim. It has a new centre console with a touchscreen infotainment system, a new 3-spoke steering and a digital instrument cluster. Orange highlights can also be seen on the door panels and seat covers. This particular car has the AMT gearbox. The rotary gear selector has a chrome bezel and orange trim surrounding it.

The updated Kwid is expected to come with BS-VI compliant engines including 799cc and 999cc, 3-cylinder petrol engines paired with either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT gearbox.
