View Forum Discussion

Earlier this week, undisguised images of the Kwid Climber facelift had leaked online. Now, the company has released a teaser video of the car.

The short video reveals the LED daytime running lights, LED tail lamps and the rear Kwid logo. In the later part of the video, the front silhouette can also be seen.

The upcoming Kwid is expected to get a new front fascia with a redesigned grille. The main headlamp cluster is positioned in separate pods lower down on the bumper.

On the inside, the car could get a new dashboard and a digital instrument cluster. It could also get an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

The new Kwid is expected to be powered by BS-VI compliant 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine. In its present configuration, the engine produces 67 BHP @ 5,500 rpm and 91 Nm @ 4,250 rpm.
