Royal Enfield Classic 350 - Redditch series launched

Royal Enfield has launched the Classic 350 in three Redditch series variants, which get new paint schemes that are inspired by the 50s-era Royal Enfield motorcycles produced in Redditch, UK. The new Classic 350 Redditch series comes in three variants - Redditch Red, Redditch Green and Redditch Blue. Redditch is the birth place of Royal Enfield motorcycles.

No mechanical changes have been made to the Redditch series bikes as they continue to be powered by the 350 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which develops 19 BHP and 28 Nm of torque.

In addition to the three new colours on offer, the Classic 350 Redditch series bikes will also come with the Redditch monogram, which was first used in 1939 on a prototype of the 125 cc 2-stroke ‘Royal Baby’.

The Redditch series bikes will be available at a price of Rs. 1.46 lakh (on-road Delhi). On-road prices of the bike in other major cities are Rs. 1.58 lakh in Mumbai, Rs. 1.48 lakh in Chennai, Rs. 1.55 lakh in Bengaluru and Rs. 1.49 lakh in Hyderabad.

With the launch of the Redditch series, Royal Enfield now has nine variants in its Classic 350 range of motorcycles. The company will start accepting bookings for the Redditch series bikes from January 07, 2017, at all Royal Enfield stores across India.
