Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Icon Edition sold out in India

Only 100 units are being produced for the entire world.

Last week, Royal Enfield announced the Shotgun 650 Icon Edition – a limited edition model built in collaboration with Icon Motorsports. Only 100 units are being produced for the entire world, and of these, only 25 units were available for Indian buyers.

The purchase window for the bike opened on February 12 at 8:30 pm IST, and all 25 units were sold within seconds. Potential buyers were greeted with a message that read, ‘The Legacy of the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Icon Edition has come to an end. Thank you for participating in the sale’.

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Icon Edition is inspired by the custom build known as ‘Always Something’ by ICON. It is finished in a 3-tone colour scheme with race-inspired graphics. The bike is fitted with gold contrast cut rims, blue shock absorber springs, a red seat and bar-end mirrors.

Each motorcycle comes with a Slabtown Intercept RE jacket designed by ICON. It is made from suede and textile, with leather appliques and embroidery.

The Shotgun 650 Icon Edition was priced at Rs 4.25 lakh (ex-showroom). Rs 65,000 more than the standard model.
