Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 India launch in early-2023

In India, the Super Meteor 650 will be offered in two variants – Standard and Tourer.

Royal Enfield has showcased the Super Meteor 650 at the 2022 Rider Mania in Goa. The new 650cc cruiser is expected to be officially launched early next year.

The Super Meteor 650 shares its underpinnings with the Interceptor INT 650 and the Continental GT 650. The retro-styled bike is designed to offer a more relaxed riding position and features wide handlebars and a low-slung seat. Other details include a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a round LED headlamp and dual chrome exhausts.

In India, the Super Meteor 650 will be offered in two variants – Standard and Tourer. The bike also gets Royal Enfield’s Tripper Navigation system.

Powering the Super Meteor is the familiar 648cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 46.2 BHP and 52 Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike is equipped with an upside-down fork suspension at the front with dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends.
