Rumour: 7-Seater Jeep Grand Compass launch in Q2 2021

According to a media report, Jeep is likely to launch the 7-seater Jeep Grand Compass in the second quarter of 2021.

The Grand Compass will be a 3-row SUV with a longer wheelbase compared to the regular Compass. The SUV's styling is expected to be based on the Compass facelift, which is also scheduled to be launched in India in early 2021. It could get a revised grille and updated headlamps and bumpers. It is expected to get a large third window and S-shaped trim along the roof line.

It has been reported that the Grand Compass could be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine. It is expected to compete with ladder-frame chassis based SUVs like the Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour and Mahindra Alturas G4. It will also rival SUVs like the VW Tiguan Allspace and Skoda Kodiaq.
