Rumour: Maruti Brezza Automatic CNG might be on the cards

As per the list, all variants could get the 6-speed automatic option except for the base LXi trim.

Variant details of the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG may have leaked online. The variant list can be found on the Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts website. Interestingly, the list also includes CNG Automatic variants.

The variant details have been mentioned under the 'list of compatible cars' tab. As per the list, the Brezza CNG could be offered in LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+ trim. All variants get the 6-speed automatic option except for the base LXi trim.

The Brezza CNG is likely to be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine calibrated to run on CNG. When running on petrol, this engine produces 104 BHP and 138 Nm, however, on CNG, the overall output is expected to drop slightly.
