The 2023 Honda City facelift has been spotted at a dealer yard ahead of its official launch.
The new City is expected to be offered in four variants: SV, V, VX and ZX. Reports suggest that the new base trim will come equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a rearview camera and a Honda Smart Key system.
The top-spec ZX variant is said to be equipped with LED headlights, a carbon finish front and rear diffuser, a rear spoiler, 16-inch alloy wheels, and a manually-operated rear sun blind.
Except for the base trim, all variants of the City are likely to get ADAS along with features such as adaptive cruise control and pre-collision soft and hard braking.
The 2023 Honda City will be available with an RDE-compliant 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine, while the 1.5-litre diesel engine will be discontinued. On the other hand, the City e:HEV will be offered with the same 1.5-litre petrol-hybrid powertrain mated to an e-CVT.
