Thank you to Fenil Saji for sharing this information with other enthusiasts.

Earlier this week, a test mule of the Mahindra XUV500 was spotted. Spy images indicated that the vehicle was equipped with a sunroof and carried some cosmetic changes. Now comes the news that Mahindra will indeed be offering a new variant of the crossover with ten additional features soon. Based on the W8 trim level, it will be called the W8 Xclusive Edition.

Among the new features will be a sunroof, electrically adjustable driver seat, hydraulic bonnet, new infotainment system with internet connectivity and chrome inserts. The sunroof and electrically adjustable seat is borrowed from the SsangYong Rexton, while the hydraulic unit for the bonnet is taken from the new Scorpio.
