A Scorpio-N owner checks out the new Alcazar: His detailed thoughts

I have always liked the Alcazar & now I feel it looks more matured and much more different than the Creta.

I checked out the Alcazar facelift today @Lakshmi Hyundai Hyderabad. Had to pickup my kid from school, so couldn't do a test drive, but did get time to take ample videos and photos.

First impressions

I have always liked the Alcazar and now I feel it looks more matured and much more different than the Creta, which is a good thing going for it. The prices have reduced as compared to the old Gen and things have only got better. Here is a tracker to track the changes/updates between the OLD Gen and NEW Gen

I have done a walkaround of the Display vehicle in the showroom and tried to cover most of the details in the limited time I had, so hope you like the video.

Micro Hybrid and front parking sensor buttons on the right place

Piano black steering buttons not good for long term

Electric parking brake and auto hold

Power windows/mirror buttons are shared across all Hyundai models

Hyundai's CRDI is still one of the most refined Diesels out there

Rear ac vents are a joke(too small)

Seats and steering leather quality is top notch

Sun blinds are good(but can be challaned?)

Bose audio is super!

Key now looks old, needs change

Looks like one big screen

6 airbags standard

Puddle lamps have logo and 360 camera is good

Alloys look fab

Blind view alerting

I feel this angle looks best

Range Roverish look I feel

Connected is the new design language for Hyundai

LED Lights are attractive

Rear looks futuristic

Roof Rails are a little overdone
