A test mule of a Mahindra Scorpio N-based pickup truck has been spotted in India. It is most likely being developed for export markets like South Africa and Australia.
The Scorpio N Pickup was spotted on the Mumbai-Bangalore bypass in Pune. As you can see, it’s a single-cab version with an extended bed at the back.
Unsurprisingly, the Scorpio N Pickup doesn’t have all the fancy bits you get on the standard Scorpio N SUV. The front fascia looks identical to the Scorpio N, albeit with halogen headlamps. However, the taillamps are from the previous-gen Scorpio Pikup sold in Australia. It is fitted with 17-inch steel wheels.
That being said, the cabin appears to be decently equipped. It is said that the test mule had a touchscreen infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster.
