Skoda Kushaq Onyx Edition spotted at dealership

The Onyx Edition is said to be positioned between the base Active and Ambition Classic trims.

Skoda is readying a special edition of the Kushaq called the 'Onyx Edition' for the Indian market. It is expected to be launched soon.

The upcoming Kushaq Onyx Edition has been spotted at a dealership prior to its official launch. The SUV gets grey graphics on the doors, ‘Onyx’ badging on the B-pillars, chrome trim around the front grille and 16-inch wheels with wheel covers.

The interior of the Kushaq Onyx Edition looks fairly standard. It gets black upholstery, a 2-spoke steering wheel and chrome surrounds for the AC vents.

The Onyx Edition is said to be positioned between the base Active and Ambition Classic trims. It could get features like LED projector headlamps, fog lamps, automatic climate control, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a height-adjustable driver’s seat.

The Kushaq Onyx Edition will be offered with the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that makes 114 BHP and 178 Nm. The engine is likely to be paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
