The Octavia is likely to come with a choice of two turbo petrol engines.

A test mule of the fourth-gen Skoda Octavia has been spotted testing undisguised. The car was seen in Navi Mumbai.

Production of the sedan has begun at the company's facility in Shendra, Aurangabad. It is scheduled to be launched in India later this month.

The vehicle is expected to be offered with features like LED headlights, a floating touchscreen infotainment head-unit, a 2-spoke steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster.

The Octavia is likely to come with a choice of two turbo petrol engines. These include a 1.5-litre TSI paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and a 2.0-litre TSI which could be offered with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
