Spied: Peugeot scooters at Mahindra's facility

Last month, Mahindra Two Wheelers acquired a 51% stake in Peugeot Motorcycles (PMTC). Now some models from the French manufacturer have been spotted at what is believed to be a Mahindra facility. Mahindra, however, has not revealed any plans of launching these scooters in India.

The spy images, show four models - Satelis, StreetZone, CityStar150 and Speedfight 3. The Satelis is powered by a 125cc engine, 4-stroke and the CityStar150 has a 150 cc power plant. The StreetZone and Speedfight sport 50cc 2-stroke engine. All scooters come with a CVT automatic transmission.

If Mahindra does launch these scooters in India, they are likely to be positioned in the premium segment, above Mahindra's existing range.
