Tata Harrier with sunroof spotted

A spy image showing the Tata Harrier with a factory-fitted sunroof has surfaced online. The car was seen on the outskirts of Bangalore.

According to a media report, the car also had stickers suggesting that the model was a BS6-compliant automatic variant. It is said that the BS6 variant could get an increase in power output from 138 BHP to 168 BHP. The automatic transmission is likely to be a 6-speed unit sourced from Hyundai. Tata could also add some features including a sunroof.

Launched in January 2019, the Harrier is powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 138 BHP @ 3,750 rpm and 350 Nm of torque @ 1,750-2,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
