Tata Punch looks classy in metallic brown shade

Some dealerships have reportedly started taking pre-bookings for the Tata Punch.

The upcoming Tata Punch has been spotted once again. This time, the crossover was seen in a rather classy shade of metallic brown.

The Punch is based on the ALFA-ARC (Agile Light Flexible Advanced Architecture) platform and features Tata's Impact 2.0 design.

The crossover gets a Harrier-like front fascia with a split grille and slim LED daytime running lights. The main headlamp clusters are positioned in separate pods on the bumper. Black cladding along the sides and wheel arches adds to the rugged look.

The Tata Punch is likely to be offered with a 1.2-litre petrol engine producing 85 BHP and 113 Nm. Higher variants of the car might get a turbocharged 1.2-litre motor, while transmission options are likely to include a 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT.

The Punch is expected to be launched this festive season. However, some dealerships have reportedly started taking pre-bookings for a token amount of Rs. 21,000.
