Tata rolls out 1,00,000th Altroz from Pune plant

In March 2021, Tata Motors sold 7,550 units of the Altroz, and the average monthly sales in FY2022 stood at 6,000 units.

Tata Motors has achieved a new production milestone as the 1,00,000th Altroz rolled off the assembly line at Pune.

In March 2021, 7,550 units of the hatchback were sold, and the average monthly sales in FY2022 stood at 6,000 units.

The Tata Altroz was launched in January 2020. The car is available with two petrol engine options, including a naturally aspirated 1.2-litre motor that makes 85 BHP and 113 Nm and a turbocharged version that puts out 108 BHP and 140 Nm. Both engines come paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.

Tata also offers a 1.5-litre diesel engine in the Altroz. This motor produces 89 BHP and 200 Nm. This engine is also offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Earlier this year Tata Motors introduced the Altroz Dark Edition featuring a Cosmo Black exterior and black 16-inch alloy wheels. The interior gets a Granite Black theme.
