Tesla offers $15,000 Track pack upgrade for its Model S Plaid

The company confirmed that the Track Package for the Model S Plaid will be available from June 2023.

Tesla has announced a new 'Track Package' for its Model S Plaid, priced at around US$15,000.

According to reports, the track package on the Tesla Model S Plaid should help the EV achieve its initially-claimed top speed of 200 mph (322 km/h).

The track pack adds a Carbon Ceramic Brake kit, different-styled alloys and larger 285/35 R20 front and 305/30 R20 rear profiled Goodyear Supercar 3R tyres on new 'Zero-G' wheels.

Tesla states, "Designed for the ultimate track experience, the Model S Plaid Track Package delivers high-speed stability, maximum cornering force and repeatable stopping power during high-performance driving while unlocking a top speed of 200 mph."

The company confirmed that the Track Package for the Model S Plaid will be available from June 2023.
