Top Gear trio to return with a new show on Amazon Prime!

Good news for Top Gear fans. Jezza, Captain Slow and Hamster have officially joined hands with Amazon Prime for a new car show. Rumours of the trio making a comeback were afloat ever since Top Gear was cancelled earlier this year, with reports also speculating a return to the BBC.

Jeremy, James and Richard have reportedly signed on to make three seasons of the yet-to-be-named show on Amazon Prime, after multiple major networks and online streaming services like Netflix tried to get them on board.

The first season is expected to hit the streaming service in 2016. As per media reports, the trio has been given a great deal of creative freedom and a budget to back it up. Meanwhile, Top Gear UK has signed up Chris Evans as the new lead presenter, with his co-hosts rumoured to include Jenson Button and Jodie Kidd.
