Toyota Fortuner prices hiked by up to Rs 68,000

The Toyota Fortuner is available in the price range of Rs 36.05 lakh and Rs 52.34 lakh.

Toyota has increased the prices of the Fortuner and Legender by up to Rs 68,000. The latest price revision comes on the heels of the launch of the mild-hybrid variants, which are priced from Rs 44.77 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Fortuner 4x2 Petrol Automatic now costs Rs 68,000 more, while the prices of the 4x2 Diesel Manual and Automatic and 4x4 Diesel Manual variants have been hiked by Rs 40,000.

Toyota has also increased the prices of the GR-S, Legender 4x4 Diesel MT, and 4x4 Diesel AT variants by Rs 40,000.

The Toyota Fortuner is available with two engine options. These include a 2.8-litre diesel paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic and a 2.7-litre petrol engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic.

The Legender uses the same 2.8-litre unit that is available in the Fortuner and comes with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options.
