TVS Ronin 225 launched at Rs. 1.49 lakh

The TVS Ronin competes with the Honda CB350 RS and the likes.

TVS has launched the Ronin 225 in India. The bike is available in three variants with prices starting at Rs. 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The TVS Ronin features a neo-retro design with a circular LED headlamp up front. It has an integrated T-shaped LED daytime running light. The bike has a teardrop-shaped fuel tank and a single-piece seat. Other details include dual-tone alloy wheels, a blacked-out engine and exhaust and a digital mono-pod instrument console.

The TVS Ronin is powered by a new 225.9cc single-cylinder engine. It produces 20 BHP @ 7,750 rpm and 20 Nm @ 3,750 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

The Ronin comes equipped with upside-down fork suspension up front and an adjustable rear monoshock. The bike gets disc brakes at both ends and dual-channel ABS.
