Vikram Pawah appointed as President of BMW Group India

Vikram Pawah has been appointed as the President of BMW Group India. He will take charge of his new role from August 1, 2020.

Vikram Pawah will continue to head BMW businesses in Australia and New Zealand. He was appointed as the CEO of BMW Group Australia and New Zealand in 2018. Prior to that, he was the President of BMW Group India.

The announcement comes following the unfortunate demise of Rudratej Singh, who passed away due to cardiac arrest on April 20, 2020. Since then, Arlindo Teixeira, Chief Financial Officer, has been carrying out the role of acting President.
