Volvo announces a price hike of up to Rs. 3 lakh

The price of the S90 will be hiked by Rs 3 lakh from Jan 1, 2022.

Volvo India has announced an increase in the ex-showroom prices of its cars by up to Rs. 3 lakh. The new prices would be effective from January 1, 2022.

Volvo currently has four models in its portfolio, including the S90 sedan and SUVs like the XC40, XC60 and XC90. The price of the XC90 will go up by Rs. 1 lakh, while the XC40 and XC60 get a price hike of Rs 2 lakh and Rs 1.6 lakh, respectively. The price of the S90 will be hiked by Rs 3 lakh.

Revised ex-showroom prices (effective Jan 1, 2022):

• XC40 R4 R Design - Rs. 43,25,000
• XC60 B5 Inscription - Rs. 63,50,000
• XC90 B6 Inscription - Rs. 90,90,000
• S90 B5 Inscription - Rs. 64,90,000
