Yamaha NMax 155 maxi-scooter could be headed to India

The NMax 155 is based on the Aerox 155 that is currently available in India.

Yamaha has revealed the 2022 NMax 155 maxi-scooter in China. Reports suggest that it could be introduced in the Indian market.

The NMax 155 is based on the Aerox 155 that is currently available in India. It is powered by the same 155cc, single-cylinder engine from the R15 V4.0. It makes 15 BHP and 13.9 Nm and comes with an idle start/stop function.

Unlike the Aerox 155, the NMax 155 features a more conventional maxi-scooter look. It has a large fairing in the front with twin headlamps and an integrated windscreen. It has a stepped seat offering a more relaxed riding position.

The NMax 155 also features a fully digital instrument cluster which is compatible with Yamaha’s MyRide app. It gets Bluetooth connectivity with features such as email, call and text alerts as well as smartphone battery level.
