The oft-requested Thank You feature has been added to Team-BHP. Thanks to all those of you who asked for this functionality in the Suggestions Thread (Suggestions for Team-BHP from Team-BHPians).


With a single click, you can now show your appreciation for any BHPian who has submitted a useful post:



To avoid clutter, we have also incorporated an expandable row that lists those who have thanked a post:


NOTE:

• Please use the Thanks button, instead of posting a one-liner for exactly the purpose. Going forward, all one-line Thank you posts will be treated as SPAM.
• Every BHPian's "member profile page" allows you to search for his / her Thanked posts.
• Guests have the ability to view the list of BHPians who have thanked a post.

Considering the value & richness of our Shifting Gears forum, "thanks" has been enabled for that forum section . To prevent abuse however, a handful of threads have been moved to the Et Cetera sub-section where the thanks feature is disabled.
