Ideal audio setup would be to have a live band playing dude. There's loads of room in that beast to atleast accomodate a 3-piece band in unplugged mode.

Hee hee. Just kidding. And yeah, I ain't Sam either.

Anyway, if you're looking at tubes, JBL is the only brand in your list that makes respectable ones.

Question for the gurus: Will tube woofers sound better with tube amps?

EGGGGJJJAAAKKKKTLLEEEEE!!!

Overshooting is something everybody loves here. And I just enjoy overshooting. But it does'nt mean we're always trying to make it plump! It happens by itself.

It's quite common.

In 1987 I saw an advert for a Alpine 7284 cassette deck for $250. I visited the shop on a Friday evening and left it ordering $3000 worth of home and car audio equipment. I did not even have the money in my account. So I told the dealer to not to deposit the check till Monday and to only deliver after the check clears. The dealer however delivered the good on Saturday I guess I looked the trustworthy type!

So KB I know exactly where you are coming from.
