Any information about GM's HelpLine numbers?
In the GM's Brochure / their website they said "Call at 30308080 for more assistance. Local call charges apply. Prefix local STD code when dialing from a mobile phone."
I have tried this number and got the message " To reach this number please add STD code 011 before this number and if use 011 30308080 another message "your call could not be completed"
I have tried few times but no use, even informed this to Bangalore dealers. Initially they told it's working but i asked them try once. Then they agreed.
They said its GM's problem.

Each city has a number of Dealers to service you, keep their numbers handy for any emergency needs.

Otherwise call the CC, they will help you with the nearest Service centre, if out of your city.

Ok but sleepy Response: Deccan Honda: [020] 2437 1400

Default My Experience with Ford

Dear All,

Firstly, my sincere thanks to the Moderators for approving me the membership. I am Shaunak here from Pune, own an Ikon Flair 2006 model.

I am very happy with the car as such w.r.t its driveability, handling, ride quality etc. Even the mileage (9 in city, 13 on highways) is ok, although I wish it was at par with Honda City EXi/ZXi.

However, my experience with one particular dealer (Shakti Ford in Mumbai) is very bad. Incidentally, I happened to visit the said dealer twice and got a very bad response:

1) I got an appointment after 4 days
2) Nearly 50 % of the activities I intended to do, could not be done, on both occasions like wheel balancing, wheel alignment, anti-rust, washing etc was not available due to machine failure.
3) Service boys do not have time to attend to you.

I am sure some of my colleagues-members would have got good experience. However, I am not too proud of this dealer. Just wanted to share with you all.

Regards,
