Is Concorde motors, chennai the worst place to get your car serviced?

i have been suffering from the hands of concorde motors chennai ambattur ever since i got my linea.

this is my thread

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/test-d...hs-9k-kms.html

and you can read what has happened to my car .

First they dont properly wash the car . they did a few minor scratches in my car in first service.

then they wrongly put diesel engine oil in my petrol car.

and now the latest they have damaged the running board of the car on the pretext of changing the seat height adjuster

latest issue -

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/1593628-post689.html

i feel disguted now for having chosen them as my service centre

have anyone else suffered the same plight from them?. is there anything that team-bhp can do in helping customers who are suffering from such pathetic authorised service centres?

The first point is pardonable, but the second is sacrilege! The wrong engine oil could substantially damage the engine of your car. And now this:

Sorry to hear about your plight, Geeash. What I suggest:

1. Bring this to Fiat India's notice. They will come down strongly on the errant dealer.

2. I believe Chennai gives you some alternatives. How about trying out VST for your next service?

Escalate it to Fiat , if you haven't done so already. Chennai Fiat owners can probably suggest of better alternatives.

Write/email with the full incidents immediately to FIAT and request them to take up with their dealer and make sure that you get a car as it was(no scratches etc) when you gave it to them for service. And the dealer should be responsible for all expenses.

But the worst is that how a dealer people can fill up diesel on a petrol tank?
Do they know the difference? Too bad.

Sorry bro. I see this incident has made you open few threads and had made you regret the decision on buying a FIAT car. Hope someone from FIAT reads everything said about their A.S.S and sort things out.

Mods: Merge this thread to existing Concorde S**** thread.

Is Concorde the worst FIAT dealer in Hyderabad? EDIT : or India?

Surely you need to change your Dealer for servicing.
As we talked,we will go to VST,Chennai coming saturday.
Definitely VST,Chennai is far better than Concorde,Chennai in all aspects.

geeash, how did you sort out the wrong oil issue? I hope they rectified the error before starting the engine. My friend recently bought a Linea at Concorde. I'll ask him to take a look at your saga and maybe shift to VST.

Sorry about your car mate!

The answer to your question 'Are they the worst ? ' Not until you have MPL Ford in Chennai.

I have moved to Chennai Ford which I believe has the same management as VST Motors and could see a sea change.

Good luck !

I has a bad experience with concorde motors too. When we first bought the indica with them the diesel was so low it actually stopped on the way out.And only after a big scene was created did they accept that the diesel was stolen and they took responsibility.

If you want to say Concorde Motors, Chennai is the worst, then what would you want to say about Tafe Reach, Chennai. When I had problems with the later, Vikram, the relationship manager, contacted the former to sort out my issue. I'm not saying Concorde Motors is better, but there are even worse Tata dealers than Concord Motors, like Tafe Reach.

The service personals are adviced to be more attentive to Fiat customers, but the problem is those guys are overloaded with Tata vehicles thereby not able to allocate sufficient time to Fiat vehicles. Moreover they have poor knowledge about Fiat cars and are inept in handling them.

It's high time for Fiat to atleast have a seperate service station within the Tata garage, else the day is not far for Fiat to leave India.
