New Honda Civic in Mumbai???

Saw a white Honda civic with these types of lights...

It was at a distance so couldnt guess what else was different...

But it had Yellow number plates..

Any one have any Idea of it..Is it a new model??..

(It was spotted at Bandstand)

the tail lights in the picture are from the international civic.. i tink the 4 door model in the us has these taillights .....
the car must have had yellow plates because it must have been a embassy car........
