The most popular cars in Europe!

Some interesting statistics below:

As expected VAG tops the list, but it’s the lesser brand Skoda tops in 7 countries, compared to the next popular model from the group – the VW Golf. And the Octavia seems to be the most popular model in Europe.
Home grown favorites as expected in Czech, Germany, France, Italy, Romania, Spain and Sweden. And Ford in the UK is very much a household brand.
Japanese invasion only in 4 countries – Greece (Toyota Yaris), Hungary (Suzuki Vitara), Ireland (Hyundai Tucson), and Latvia (Nissan Qashqai), and Hyundai is ruling only one country (Ireland), interestingly with a Tucson!
Ford in the UK is what Suzuki is in India – top two slots occupied by the Fiesta and the Focus!
Fiat 500 as a top-seller! I need to check with my Lithuanian colleague on what makes it so popular in his country
