wow what the hell is this and why it will not be legal in India, but i have to say this is some thing very rare to see. and that to 1600 hp is that true

There are 1000BHP Supras out there with tiny engines (compared to that V8).
The Veyron's achievement is not the 1001PS of power. It is that you can use that power every day for decades and it won't fall apart on you. If you drive the machine pictured above or any of the super powerful drag cars every day going WOT, they will require a rebuild every week.
It is not making power that is big in this business.
