I'm switching to illusions soon.. when I get the moolah that is..

i have got my illusions fitted and believe me guys, they are just mindblowing SQ components. the fitting made by karim's guy, named moni is very professional one. infact he is doing the fitting job since 1982. he cut the sick alto trim to perfection. he fitted 3 spacer rings perfectly without interference with the window handle. secondly he screwed them in such a way that the fibre spacers and the door sheet metal are held so tightly that there is no jarring or rattling noise. i dint feel the need of damping for the moment. still i will hear for a while and then decide whether to use damping.

ya sure anytime. but i have to get it tuned. it was already 10 in the night. so didnt get time to tune the whole system. we had started it in the morning at 11 o clock. fitted the whole system, and did the rewiring and fitting to the amps. so in total i have 6 channels.

Dear Ameee!!

The illusion tweeters were installed just after you switched to Lucents!
so, they've been in the car for a while now! no problems whatsoever!

just a slight timbre mismatch, which will get sorted when I switch to illusions all over!

thanks dhaval!! i wasn't thinking of the luccents . i have already let water flow over my heads. i am very much satisfied by the illusions. thanks to MORALFIBRE, TECHNOCRAT,SHRIVZ, AMEY ,AJAY and SOHAIL to give me auditions and guide me for fitting the illusions 6.1.
also the GZ sub is an amazing VFM.
