Mine has a rubber stamp on it - but as I said, it could have been created by anyone willing to pay 15 rupees. The guy gave me a mobile number which aparently belongs to the RTO, Balasore - I called that number and spoke to some guy claiming to be the RTO - but I'm not sure if he really was. It is highly possible (and likely) that the entire thing is a scam.
The problem is - this won't be resolved here. Someone needs to move. Can we do it collectively? |
