There is already a famous Indian website called 99acres.com which deals in real estate. So, 11acres will sound like some sister company of 99acres. Plus, you also might get sued. Also, since you'll be mainly operating in semi-urban / rural areas, a colloquial / Marathi / Hindi name will make more sense.

That is why, Mahindra calls its tractors and rural UVs as Sarpanch, Shaan, Savari etc. We might find it funny but for an average Indian living in rural areas this nomenclature works.
