Roller Bench test for Cars

Is there any test like Roller Bench available for cars to test the mileage which is used in the case of bikes to test their FE ?

And what is the preciseness of such tests ?

Guys...No Ideas yet.

I'm asking this question because I've seen bikes being tested for FE at the service stations on the roller benches.

IMO, there is no public roller bench test available for for any vehicle in India. But makers have a categorised test for comparison and they are certified by competent authorities. (The makers advertise wrongly such as Yudhistra statement in Mahabharta - truth but misleading)

To find out more details, you may try to find out from ISI for India or some other standarising authority
