Finally I booked Alto - Guess the colour?

BRILLIANT YELLOW!

It will take 10 to 15 days to get the car, due to the odd colour option

Your handle screaming 'Keralite', i was under the assumption the Alto had to be in wine red shade.

Looks like i was wrong.

Make sure you blacken the pillars. Yellow Alto with blackened pillars looks nice and sporty IMO!

Congratulations Keralite! Altos look quite bright and cheery in yellow. Are you leaving the bumpers/ORVMs/door handles black or are you going to paint those?

Lxi only.

I insisted them to give 2008 model and they said, even if I ask, I will not get 2007 manufactured piece!

I want to do that. But, then I will first see it without. If it is looking good with black bumbers, I will leave it as it is.

No they stopped it long back. I am taking Lxi only.

The 1.1s came with the VXi moniker right? AFIK, MUL stopped production of the 1.1 Alto long time back.

That's right. The Alto now comes in three variants: STD., LX and LXi. Keralite must have got a good discount too.

VXI was outta production in 2004 itself. I can be wrong on the year but then its been out of production for long.
