It's a DOUBLE WHAMMY

Guys,

Since https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/test-...ml#post2098901 (My New Car: Abaster Silver ANHC V AT) thread had to be cut off abruptly leaving me car less, I had to get back into car mode.

Again the whole process had to be gone through for which I wasn't really keen. I had learnt a lot when I was going through the process of getting the ANHC and decided to put that knowledge to use.

Started with a budget of 8 lacs - decided to check the Polo 1.6, Fiesta S and the Jazz. Polo has a waiting period and my experience with the dealers put me off VW, the Fiesta rejected due to it's aged looking interiors and the Jazz due to it's price.

So it had to be a pre-owned car. Went through a few cars and wifey decided to join the fun. We now had 2 cars to search for.

We missed out a few awesome deals like a 2009 Jazz for 6.4L and a MT 2009 ANHC for 8.7L

Ultimately we decided on 2 cars - one for the wife and one for man, one for the city and one for the highway. Both cars are Mumbai registered, Single owner.

Presenting to you all - The CITY STAR (the BEST car for driving in Mumbai traffic today)

Feb 2010, 8000 kms , Hyundai i10 Magna Automatic

Better pictures and separate threads for both cars will be updated regularly.

Superb combo. Two AT cars . What else do you need and they look like delivered right out of the showroom. Indeed a double hammy

I've said it before and i'll say it again. When you get such examples in the pre-owned market who needs brand new ones

Drive safe

congrats NC, that is probably the best way to spend your money on buying cars.

with the kind of value these near new cars offer its making more and more sense to plonk the same amount of money that will get you a single new car into getting two near new cars, talk about having your cake and eating it.

wishing you many happy miles and hope you have double the fun.

Congratulations NC.

Are both the Cars out on city roads everyday? If yes, that would explain the AT on Civic. Else for highways and driving pleasure, MT anyday. (weren't you the one who drove the nano all the way to Delhi?)
