Dear Amit, Be there on the below location on time. There will be around 10 to 15 jeeps, you will not miss the location which is on N.H.8 ( Pls do not take the Signature towers fly over and take left before going on the fly over, just on the crossing there is a wine shop where we all will meet.)

Sirjee,

With so many new guys joining in, We guys would need actual marshalling, to help them with the gearing and for the climbs.

How many of the new comers have actullay done OFFROADING ?

Guys, embrace yourselves for the thrill of your life. You will realise the true potential of a 4x4. The track is amazing. Difficulty level is one of the best.

I will be missing it to the core.

Took the evening flt out of kolkatta. But cant make-it for the OTR. I have been travelling for the past 2 weeks. Want to spend some time with family plus have some meeting lined up in office tomorrow.

Man Missing this OTR very Bad !!!!

Just spoke to Harjeev was amazed to know that there was a BMW X5, an Endeavour and a Scorpio 4x4 in the OTR.

Would have loved to see them perform.

And I remember there was a LR Defender or Discovery (I always get confused between the Land Rover/ Range Rover) etc etc
Had really good fun, Would have been much better if you could have joined too...

Discovery is a Safari type vehicle. Defender is the bog standard true 4x4 meant for OTR use. It is a defender that was at the meet.

When you think of the Discovery think of Disco ... and think of Mithun Chakrabarthy singing 'I am a disco dancer' in his flashy tight white trousers. The Discovery it the same more flash than real substance.

For Defender think of defence and basic 4x4's that perform as per what the armed forces use to defend the nation.
