Hi all,

It was a good sunday spent judiciously. We had maximum newbies. Hope they all enjoyed the OTR concept and also look forward to seeing them often on OTRs

Here are few pictures my side in batches

tsk1979: Willy was not willing to come out of the slush. It was stuck badly and people could not wait, so started driving down one by one :D


MuraliR: Yes its Aditya(the one who is riding cycle) s/o Swastik Viji .

This is not correct. There were at least 5 to 6 vehicles that did the slush part without help . I can count these

The blue Gypsy, had difficulties initially going back up the hill it just rolled down, but the Willy, with Vinay at the wheels, just climbed it!



But the Gypsy soon followed:


The next challenge - down a nasty looking rock slide!

I am not talking about clearing the slush to reach the top, but clearing it by self, after a failed attempt.

All vehicles that failed to make it to the top by themselves, had either to be pulled up or pulled back.

And this vehicle came back by itself.

Not sure if any other vehicle did this, but each time a vehicle backed up, I noticed them to have dug their back wheel deep into the slush and got stuck.

And I think that was the only vehicle landed in that position. Ofcourse it did try the same angle or line as others, but mother nature loved it so much that she just pulled him along :)

Haha, everyone tired their best, yes. But only one succeeded. The Green Gypsy (6673??). Sorry forgot his name.

He literally bathed Vinay and 2 others in that place.

Yeah man . That was worth a watch. Was looking at the spectacle after coming down the incline. It was indeed a nasty splash.

But the willy was deeply stuck. it took some time to take it out. I believe this is the same place where the Land rover got stuck.

^^ and it seems that this same Green Gypsy has given similar showers to Sundeep in the previous OTR that he had attended!!!

In the below pic notice the guy with camera. He was covering almost very vehicle in Action, looking forward to see the pic from his camera too.

BTW, why didnt the safari try any of the stunts?? Damage scare or is it a 4x2???

I'd like to think you were mentioning about me coz i was busy taking pix of all the vehicles but honestly no.I know you are referring to the guy with the SLR camera. I'm not sure if anybody knows his handle here.
