Dear Folks,

Information regarding Annual OTR.

1st Day: Participants must reach Columbia Asia Hospital on Bellary road(after descent from Hebbal Flyover) at 6.30 a.m. Marshals shall move with convoys of 10 vehicles as the participants start making arrival. The last batch of convoy will leave starting point at 7.00 a.m.

Regrouping point on Service Lane next to Kamat Upchar Restaurant, about 15 kms beyond chikkaballapur on Highway. No stopping for breakfast or tea. Marshalls to enter the village road to the left about 200 mtrs from Kamat Upchar. Reach the camp site by road ( not Offroading) at 8 a.m. at the latest by last convoy.

Get settled for breakfast and tea/coffee, stickers, jackets, water bottles, lunch packets, fruit drink between 8. 00 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. First group will start on offroading trail at 8.30 a.m.

Lunch break between 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and continues the OTR to end at about 4 p.m. We enter the tarred road and return to camp for evening snacks and tea.

Hot Dinner will be served for all participants at 7 p.m. Participants for the first day OTR only shall leave camp before 8 p.m. to find way back to Highway and return home. If anybody wishes to stay back and return in the morning hours next day, they can stay put in tents.

2nd day:

OTR for the day starts at 8.30 a.m. Second day only partners arriving from city shall group at Columbia Asia Hospital, after Hebbal Flyover at 6 a.m. Anand, one of our Volunteers will lead the convoy at 6.30 a.m. and reach Kamat Upchar restuarant, 15 kms beyond Chikkaballapur on highway by 7.30 a.m. No halt for breakfast or tea. Continue on road to reach camp site by 8 a.m. Have breakfast and join the OTR at 8.30 a.m.

Lunch will be between 1 - 2 pm. on the trail. We hit the end of OTR by about 4 p.m., from where we all break off to head home.
