Thanks for sharing this, while I knew about this feature I would have never bothered to used this 'gimmick'.

Your endorsement made me try it today for over an hour - up and down a rocky dusty mountain trail in upper himalaya. This trail was narrow (missed jimny), full of loose sharp loose rocks and quite steep which required crawling up and coming down in 4L all through.

I am quite impressed with the calibration. I managed without touching the brakes or throttle throughout the trail which included steep hairpin bends with loose rocks. Not once did any of the wheels loose traction even for a moment and I felt in control all the times.

This will truly democratize off roading. I have no shame in saying that this 'gimmick' performed better that how I would have. I was humbled that a software could replace my years of experience and expertise.

As I was nursing my bruised ego, I approached a small hamlet at the end of the trail. To add salt to the injury there I saw a smugly parked venue, punch and drum rolls..... a dzire, belonging to residents.

I admit that I am impressed with all those features. Great work by team Mahindra. I take this opportunity to congratulate all involved in production and design of the Roxx.

Personally, all these are excruciatingly overkill for me. All I ever yearn for in a 4x4 vehicle is a manual rear differential lock. This singular feature will satisfy me and get me by. Oh I have grown old I guess.
